We're All Winners!!

I got tendinitis in my shoulder. I don't know how it happened--though maybe I shouldn't wrench so hard on my lugnut, if you catch my meaning. Here's a picture for all of you who need help with my meaning.

At the gym I have a trainer named Lyle. He's a cool guy. He's helping me out. I hope we can be friends!

"I'm working my core! (Only place where one can say working my core unironically.)"

And I've made new friends!
